If the items are eligible and approved for a return, we will gladly accept the items 45 days from purchase date. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable shipping fees for the return transaction.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not open or modify the product in any way). Please email the tracking number information to sales@mosaicmorocco.com.
